The House of Commons stressed its full commitment to preserve, strengthen and direct the political, diplomatic, military and security achievements made to preserve the unity and identity of the south and its territorial and human identity, defend it and liberate what remains of it in order to achieve the aspirations of the people of the south.

He said that the right of the people of the south to independence and sovereignty over their land and national wealth are inalienable rights owned by the people of the south, who alone decide on them, and are inherited by successive generations over time, not extinguished by statute of limitations and not canceled by policy errors. Its stability derives from the immutability of truth on which human existence and survival depend. The House of Commons hereby affirms its compliance with and adherence to the right of the people of the South to sovereignty over their land and wealth, and their right to independence, restoration and building of their independent federal State on its internationally recognized borders. The Council empowers President Aidarous al-Zubaidi to take decisions to implement the will of the people of the south, to realize their hopes and aspirations, and to preserve and protect their sovereign rights.

The House of Commons affirms the Southern Transitional Council's full commitment to the contents of the Southern National Charter and to work to achieve the foundations, principles and directions it contains to strengthen the Southern National Alignment based on the principle of the South for all and all its children.

The House of Commons declared its support for all regional and international peace efforts, stressing the priority of developing a special negotiating framework for the cause of the people of the south in the negotiations of the political process, to ensure the achievement of the desired peace. He calls upon all our people to rally around the southern armed forces and strengthen them, as they are the shield of the south and its impregnable fortress, which is shattered in front of its steadfastness, stability and greatness, the plans and conspiracies of the enemies. He stressed the continuation of completing the building of state institutions, empowering qualified southern leaders and competencies, and working to combat corruption in all state institutions.

The Council appreciated the support of the Arab coalition, appreciating their support for the people of the south, its resistance and its armed forces in the face of the hordes of Houthi invaders, and affirms that the south and its desired state will only be a factor of stability, integration and integration with its Gulf and Arab extension and its regional and international surroundings, and the exchange of interests and benefits.

The House of Commons announced the openness of the Southern Transitional Council and its full readiness for dialogue with the political forces opposed to the Houthi militia in North Yemen, to reach approaches and understandings that enhance cooperation and joint action, within the framework of mutual interests, responsibilities and common concerns.

On the situation in Palestine, the House of Commons called for an immediate ceasefire and genocidal war on the civilian population of the Gaza Strip, and called for action to implement the two-state solution based on the Arab Initiative and the Abraham Accords.
